I have a 96 chevy cavalier 2.2. When im driving at about 70mph and start to get a little pull on the engine my check engine light comes on and stays on till i restart the car. When it comes on i feel a bump in the gas pedal.......anyone know what this could be??????:smoker2:

Could be an exhaust restriction such as the Cat convertor. Have you pulled the codes. If the check engine light is coming on there may be a code in there that will explain what circumstance is causing the light to come on.

Well I went to the Zone and had them do a code scan on it.....But they said it came back empty.....and this was wile the light was on:smoker2:
