Mivec - The cheating way

I was told by " anonymous" today, that to acheive a simple 108kw or so from a 1.5 4G15, you can drop in Mivec cylinders, change the timing belt + wiring harness and walahhhhh you've just slapped on another 30 odd kw for less than a set of rims. Anyone agree with this? (please only reply with theoretical evidence)
