Hello everyone,
I haven't posted on this forum in a while. I do own a neon, but this thread is not concerning cars. Today I was at work when I noticed my brother-in-law walking by. I gave him a normal salute, and waited for him to enter my store. He seemed a little disturbed, but I really did'nt think much of it. So he asked me to walk outside for a minute, so we could talk. As I make my way out the door I notice my sister crying, and shakeing. I had no idea what had happened, but she broke the news to me that my MOM had went home to heaven to see her father. My mom had died in her sleep from a clogged autery.
I know theres many of you that have gone through these type of things. To actually walk in, and see my moms cold dead body was a thought that will forever stick in my mind. All I could do is crawl on the bed, and look in her face and cry. I held her hand, and her eyes were open so I knew she could see me one last time.
I was the last of my 3 siblings to see my mom alive. I got to spend some time with her the night she died before I came to my girlfriends dorm. I only hate I didn't get to tell her "I LOVED" her that night when I last saw her smile."I LOVE YOU CHRIS" Now I'm sure she's looking down at me now wondering why I'm spreding her business, but its reality. All I can say at this point is tell your mom, brother, sister, dad whoever means something to you that you love them. Anger, hate etc. is not worth having towards anyone that you care about.
Because once that person is gone there gone. Like my mom use to say " uh oh and uh uh" is to late, because" I wont always be here". Now I know what she means. You cant get those presious moments back when you were to busy to help her/him whoever. You never know when that person will be gone!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you,

Andre

I would just like to take the time to thank the one's that have read my post. Even though a auto forum is probably not the most politically correct place to post this sort of thing. I really felt the need to, so thanks for reading!

I am sorry to hear of your loss :( Losing a parent is hard. Hope things are going ok for you and your family consdering. Time heals the wounds. I lost my dad to cancer when I was 20 and i was still living at home. The first few months afterward were foggy and weird but things eventually picked up again. As long as you have the rest of your family and good friends to lean on, they will help you pick up faster. Thoughts and prayers go to you, your family and friends that knew your mother.
