What a waste i didn't buy that 355 kit or the 355 Berlinetta kit. I shunned Fujimi because they are mostly curbside and have inaccurate suspension. But hey, this kit has quite OK suspension. Have to look out for it and when i see it, i must buy it.

$50? USD? :eek2: :eek2:
I think I should invest in potential model kits, then dig a hole on my floor, and then take it out 5-10 years later and I will earn some good money.
I feel sad that when this kit first came out I did not buy it, it is only around usd12 at that time......damn

Aww, F355... that is my favourite modern Ferrari. It's just so wrong those kits aren't in production anymore:crying: :crying:

Tamiya should have made the F355 and the F512TR both with full engine detail.

Don't forget the 550/575 Maranello, as seemingly every kit manufacturer has...
I'm working on the Fujimi F355. It's requiring a LOT of bodywork to mold in the side scoop details. It's body is worse than a standard Fujimi. The only reason I put up with this crap is that it's simply the only F355, the Maisto diecast model if fairly crude (but after working this Fujimi mess it's not that bad...). Mines the coupe, has the 348 interior and chassis, later kits updated the interior, later ones than that the chassis, but they didn't include door panels on later versions...Fujimi...ugh.

Can't help with F355, but Revell/Monogram's 512TR has full engine detail, and Fujimi's 512TR has adequate engine detail.

I originally bought the 355 berlinetta, but was pissed to find the 348 chassis and interior. But I chopped the top, bought a later GTS version and am combining those to make one 355 spider. I am still shaping the rear butresses (actually, haven't working on the kit in about a year and a half). Also bought a yellow molded version of the 355 berlinetta but later sold that for $100.00 USD. These kits, if you could get them, are a pretty good investment. haha.
