I hear bad things about the Mazda RX-7's engine blowing?? What does the mean when it blows???

apex seals break apart and get thrown through the turbo's, instant loss of compression and ruined turbo's usually. Or in the rareer case, if the car is EVER overheated, like bad, then the housings warp and you lose compression and basically the engine is fucked after that.
