Firstly, width...how wide should the wing be so as not to look too strange...I'm thinking as wide as the widest point of the car?
Secondly, the tabs that attach the parts to the sprue...whats the best way to get them flush with the part, as I can't cut them like that and my file seems to have no effect...
Thanks in advance :D
Dave
*edit* Chris, could you also please post some straight on and side on pics (not 3/4 like on the site) so we can see how they go together where the aerofoil meets the stay...is there a gap or not? (sorry, I've been in stupid mode lately and brain = teh broken)

Width? These are the scaled down widths of the C-West wings upon which mine are based;
A - 54mm (Narrow)
B - 58mm
C - 62.5mm
D - 66.5mm (Wide)
Refer to http://64.124.199.110/gtwing/gt_taiou.html which gives you the suggested widths to use on some cars, there are some example photos here too http://64.124.199.110/gtwing/souchaku.html
The sprue can be filed with needle files. Hold the parts in a pair of small pliers, a good quality file will remove the sprue in no time.
Not sure what you mean about the gap, but there shouldn't be any gaps where the stay attaches to the wing.

AHA!!!
I didn't know you had to fold the tabs down :rolleyes:
That's what was causing the gap...
note to self...get more sleep
