I would do them in this order:
1 - Nissan R390 GT1.
It is an awsome kit when finished and an absolute pleasure to build. I highly reccomend it.
2 - Nissan Skyline R34 Loctite Zexell.
Another good looking kit when complete (was my fav until I completed the GT1). If you have made 1 R34 GT-R before then this would be childs play.
3 - Mitsubishi Evo 7 WRC
Not a big fan of the Evo 7 (I prefer the evo 6) which is why I would put it last in the line

The Loctite got my vote, my favourite Skyline racecar & I think it looks bloody awesome!

All three are beautiful cars but my vote goes to the Evo 7 ;)

I like to build one race car, with full JGTC graffics/paint, and one "street" car, built just like the JGTC car, only with a custom color, different color rims (bronze/gunmetal), and a contrasting rollcage (think Metalic Tangerine paint with a silver cage. So I'd go with the Skyline.
