My car is a 1996 - 318 TDS.

My first question is about the large fan that u can see from the front grill.

Is it supposed to automatically activate? or it just rotates with the wind at high speeds?

When is it supposed to activate? I've never seen it rotating... the only fan I can see working is the second one closer to the engine.

My other question is about oil change. How many Kilometers should I run until change it? 5 thousand KM?

My last question is about noise engine and vibration.
I've been noticing that the engine is a little bit noisier and vibrating a bit more. I think it is making rear glass vibrate too :)

What do you think it could be? I hope it's not serious!

The large fan is the radiator fan. It will pretty much only spin when the car is getting too hot while sitting (no air blowing through the radiator). If you live in a place that is snowing, I wouldn't sit outside waiting for it to happen... As long as your car doesn't run hot when you're sitting at a light, it is probably okay.

You should change your oil every 3000 miles. I think that is about 5000 km, but I don't know...

I don't know about the vibration noise, it could be many things, but check your motor mounts or your transmission mounts...
