I think Fujimi should be the safest bet for this one.
Just give them time, it took them a few years to do the Enzo.

but I agree.. Alfa Romeo 8C one of the best looking cars ever.

I would expect Tamiya do produce this. And while they're at it, they should make a model of the Maserati Grand Tourismo. Licensing shouldn't be too much of a problem with one parent company: Fiat, between Alfa, Maserati and Ferrari.
