Bleed Brakesrjeffery 12-19-2007, 12:28 PM If I want to replace my brake fluid (as part of regular maint), what is the best way to bleed they system without having to have the ABS unit bled with a scan tool? Can I just bleed each line at the caliper while keeping the reservoir full, or is having the ABS unit bled unavoidable? 02 1500. Thanks in advance. I would suck as much old fluid out of the reservoir and replace with new before you begin. rjeffery 12-20-2007, 12:29 AM Sounds good, thanks. I just don't want to have to mess with having someone bleed the ABS.
