Got pulled over this morning for my license plate lights not working. Question, is it normal for both of them to go out at the same time? Chrome step bumper and one on each side of the plate. Is there a clip that you pull out or can you just pull the sockets and replace the bulbs? Thanx

If both are out, my guess would be the fuse. Either that or 1 bulb has been out for a while and you have never noticed until the second bulb went out.

rjeffery: You were probably right. Both lamps were burnt out. Replaced them with some Sylvania extended life lamps. By the way the License Plate lamp number is 194, it's not listed in the owner's manual and I couldn't find it in the Hayne's Repair manual.
