It was a very snowing and Icy day and the passanger side wiper stop working , please help.

It was a very snowing and Icy day and the passanger side wiper stop working , please help.

Check where the wiper blade snaps on the wiper piviot ball.
Is the wiper ball moving?
If not look at wiper arm linkage in wiper arm cowl.
