Keyless entry question

I have seen other threads about Keyless entry, but none coverd my question.
I have just bought a 2004 TB that did not come with Keyless remotes, since my wife previous vehicle had keyless i would like to add it on to the vehicle.
My question is what would i need to do to do this? Do they come with keyless capacity so all the dealer has to do is program the remotes to the vehicle? or is it an actual part that needs to be bought and installed?
