I'm considering buying a 1990 Skyline GTS from Montreal Canada. I live in the Pittsburgh PA area. Would I have trouble getting the car road legalized in the US and where can I get insurance for it? (Not track insurance,) I will be driving the car on the road, not the track, at least not yet.

could call harrisburg(capital right) dmv, ask them about registering a car for show purposes. u'd be limited to how many miles(NJ=2500/yr) but u still get to drive it, and it's a car u;d want a secondary for anyways. something happens, could take a lil while to get the part.
