Ok so i bought a aftermarket jensen flip out head unit, and i got 02' wiring harness no onstar or bose and i went to hook it up and it all worked but no volume well i took it all apart and just hooked the ground up and constant and i went to hook up the green (right/rear) to the green (says right/rear on the sheet) to the other harness. thats when everything turned on, like the transmission computer and security stuff all turned on. so i was like wtf. so i put the stock back in. and so everything worked but the radio wouldnt turn on and the guages wouldnt work and the transmission guage(PRND321) thing wouldnt turn on either. idk wat happened but im letting the negative cable off the battery over night and well see what happens. i think its theft lock?
