My car is over heating

My car is over heating but i already changed the water pump ,thermostat, and radiator cap.Help....:runaround:

Any chance we could have the model year and whether it's a 4 or 6 cylinder engine. Any maintenance performed just prior to it starting to overheat? When does it overheat? Basic info would help.
