Horn sometimes works on 93 PA

Hi. Great site. Sometimes the horn works sometimes not. Seems worse in colder weather. I've been reading other posts and plan to check the relay. Any other ideas?

Me again. Horn only works if it's warm out. Recent warm spell confirms it. I've messed with the relay and don't think thats it. I've read other posts here about a couple of screws on the back of the steering wheel. Will this give me access to the horn "pad"? Will this put me in touch with the Air Bag? I have no interest in any possibility of touching the Air Bag. But since I live in Chicago I NEED A WORKING HORN! Even in the Winter.

Did you check the easy stuff first? Start with testing for voltage right at the horn while a helper trys to honk, work back from there. I would make tearing into the steering column the last resort.
