89 dodge ram van 318 fuel injector

Have this van injectors quit pulsating. I have changed computer that didn't help.

On the 4-pin connector that goes to the 2 injectors, see if you have +12v on each of the outer two pins while the key is turned to the run position. If you don't, it's likely your ASD relay is bad. The inner 2 pins go the the PCM and supply a ground pulse during cranking and running.

I have 12v I can hear the relay click. I don't have a ground going to it. I changed the pcm that didn't help.

The next thing to check is the hall effect coil in the distributor, especially if you also do not have spark. If you disconnect the connector at the distributor, and in looking at the end from the vehicle wiring harness, with the notch on top, the top pin is #1(orange), the lower left is #3(green) and the lower right is #2(black). Using a jumper wire between pins 2 & 3 (ignition on), the injectors should pulse and you should get spark from the coil wire as you make and break the jump between pins 2 & 3. If this works, the hall effect coil in the distributor is bad.

I can pour gas in the throttle body and it runs as long as I pour gas in it.

So you have spark just not fuel. Are you sure the pump is supplying fuel to the injectors?

I put a new pump on. I got fuel to the throttle body just the injectors aren't pulsating

1. Did you ohm out the injectors for continuity?
2. Did you take the injectors out and clean them of any deposits?
3. Is the new PCM new or used making for a possibility that it is no good?
4. Did you disconnect the fuel line at the injectors to make sure that good fuel pressure is reaching them? (They won't pulse without fuel pressure.)
5. Did you try reading for voltage across the injector terminals while cranking to look for pulses?
