I just replaced the heater control valve on a 93 BMW 325i and now for some reason it seems as if the transmission will not shift properly. It's an automatic but it appears to be in 3rd gear and will not switch out. Is there something near the heater control valve that might have been knocked off that might be the reason why the transmission is not working properly. I have a transmission gear light on now as well. I tried resetting the system by taking the battery a loose for a while but nothing seems to work...Can anyone help???:runaround:
