wont start

hi. my 2000 bmw 323i some times wont start.
I put a key in,turn it into possition 2 and my dashboard light just dont go on.
the starter is turning but thats about it,it doesnt srart,light dont go on.
i`ll take out a key and put it back in and everything is fine.
some times it starts from a first try some times ill have to take it out like 3-4 times before it starts?
what the hell is it???

Any one know what this is mine does it too?

it just stopped doing it after a month of killing me
