Cor blimey! Do I have to take your hand and drag you there! Get your yellow pages out and look for Automotive paint suppliers! once you know where you are going I can give you the paint code!:D I really can't help you beyond that, you have to find them yourself! The Nissan dealer may be able to tell you who they use! Worth a try! S Brake 10-09-2001, 05:36 PM Originally posted by Guiddy once you know where you are going I can give you the paint code!:DAuto body supply of Orem, ok now about that code... Guiddy 10-09-2001, 05:42 PM Originally posted by snowboarder927 Auto body supply of Orem, ok now about that code... Damn, I didn't think you'd be that quick!:D Well, it's 23:41 here so I can't go into the garage, but I will get it tomorrow Don't let me foget! The real R34 is in Bayside blue! See if they do that when you go too, as I would choose that given the choice! (And hindsight!) S Brake 10-10-2001, 04:02 PM Hey dan, how about that code now:D Guiddy 10-10-2001, 04:45 PM Originally posted by snowboarder927 Hey dan, how about that code now:D BV3 Nissan Intense Blue. Mine is by Lesanol! Had to release the song twice here because nobody bought it first time round! Heep 10-10-2001, 05:21 PM Lol :D:D Different cultures I guess, they've got quite a few hits here primera man 10-10-2001, 06:50 PM Not far away from finishing mine now. Just the wing to get on and the mirrors and its all done !!!! Get some pics up when its all finished :D :D Guiddy 10-11-2001, 02:13 AM I just need to spray the rear wing aerofoil in gunmetal, heat stain the exhaust and fit the interior! Hope to find the time this afternoon! Then it's another one added to the cabinet! WooooooHooooo!:D Guiddy 10-11-2001, 03:02 AM I can't believe how well my window rubbers turned out! Used Tamiya X18 through the air brush having sealed the whole car with Tamiya tape. First coat was light, sealing the tape, then 2 coats to get the required texture, and it is perfect! Not the slightest run or imperfection! Shall be using this approach in future for sure! I used to use automotive semi gloss black! The exhaust also looks great, sprayed using my chrome silver. Looks just like stainless through out, and once heat stained should be spot on! primera man 10-11-2001, 03:59 AM Well its all finished and it looks awesome. This is one great kit by Tamiya. I'll get some pics up later when i can get the dig-camera. Guiddy 10-11-2001, 08:00 AM Damn, you beat me to it...Again!!! primera man 10-11-2001, 08:29 AM Originally posted by Guiddy Damn, you beat me to it...Again!!! hehehe :finger: :finger: :finger: S Brake 10-11-2001, 05:32 PM I just ordered my TS-50 paint today for my R34, i can't wait:) S Brake 10-16-2001, 04:43 PM Originally posted by jay@af There's a bunch of HK sellers right now, and I've avoided them because of the shipping costs. But, on the other hand, their prices are super-low. Let me know how your transaction goes, please.:uhoh: Jay, i finally got my R34 yesterday. it arrived a ton quicker than i though it would too. looks great but i have to wait for my paints to arrive. Guiddy 10-16-2001, 05:04 PM A couple of things to look out for! They omitted telling you to paint the light section on top of the bumper! Contact me for more details when you have sprayed the body! The rear undertray is a strange fit and needs glueing well, using something like Krystal Klear ONLY!!! The rear indicators are easy to over paint, giving an all red look when you want an orange centre section! Finally! DAMN I LOVE THIS KIT!!! I just can't describe how good it looks! Can't wait to see yours!!! primera man 10-17-2001, 06:37 AM Originally posted by Guiddy A couple of things to look out for!
