Is it feasable to put a 3S-GTE in a 92 All Trac wagon?

I have a line on a AT wagon, but it needs an engine rebuild... I have a supplier of good engines, including the 3S-GTE at reasonable cost, so I'm wondering... is this swap possible/easy?

They're both transverse setups, so it can't be too hard.
