Put altezza taillights on a 97 eclipse

Can anyone give me a little over view of how to do this befor i go taking apart my Eclipse? i am just puting on the 2 sides b/c i am gunna paint the stock middle piece. i unwraped them and am looking in side of them and thier arnt any bulbs do i take out the old ones in the stock lights or what??? HELP!!!! PLS :)
