can I fit 20 inch rims on a 99 camry?

I have a 99 camry and I just bought some 20 inch rims, but before I "try" to put them on it I want to know if it's even possible and also if I would need any suspension upgrades.....

I was able to fit them, but the back rubbed constantly, the front was good...is there any way to lift the back of the car?....just like 2 inches
