Maybe the section that says "appeals for repair advice" would do?

Yes you can bleed your brakes with normal tools (a wrench in this case). Disconnect the battery before you do it so the ABS doesn't get air in it, which is a PITA if you do. Have a friend to help, or get speed-bleeders.

Don't make the mistake of putting in brake fluid if your pads are low. When you press back the pistons the fluid will overflow out of the reservoir (your fluid is low because the pads are low, not that the fluid dissappeared anywhere). There might be a better solution, but I use a c-clamp with a piece of wood to protect the piston to push the piston back into place so I can get the pads in.

If you replace the lines, there's a better chance that you'll get air in them. Google bleeding brake lines to see how to get the air out.

Thanks Schludwiller. I did the project a little while ago . I upgraded to Goodridge stainless steel lines and EBC vented discs with green stuff pads. I do a lot of towing and the Xterra has never stopped better. Should also hold up better with all of the salt New Hampshire uses in our rediculous winters. Thanks for being a lot cooler than Offroad X . He's a bit of a tool/Jackass lately.
