I have a 1995 Civic EX that i just bought. When i turn on the right turn signal, all of the signals start flashing, same with the left. I dont know what to do, i have replaced the hazard switch, turn signal lever, and the black turn signal ticker box and still no help. Please if you may have an idea let me know.

sounds like some wires are crossed... start tracing...

Check the grounds the bulbs.
