I have the tan carpet and it is all faded and has cig burn from previous owner.

Who sells a direct fit carpet replacement for this, and what exact color would match the stock tan?

I do not need the cargo are just the front, and rear seat areas (one piece).

Are there any problems in doing this? I have power seat option btw.

You might want to confirm the color. I think the tan color is also called "sand":
