i think da celica looks alot more mean,n aggressive

yeah i have the rsx but i think the celica is a beautiful car.

yeah me too! I'm plannin on it to be my next car, by the way does anyone know if you can drop a 2JZ-GTE supra engine into a celica? cause if you can thats definatley what I'm gonna do, also Is there any kind of performance part out there that can help the badness of the gear box? :cool:

P.S: you know the celica and the RSX are not really far apart performance-wise either!

i highly doubt that a 2jz gte motor can be fitted into a celica !
the celica enhine bay is small as it is with the 4cyld engine and the celica is set up for ff configuration the 2jzgte is a fr confeguration.

may be it can be done but i never seen it and i highly doubt it!

wasn't the supra engine set up for rear wheel drive??

Maybe I'll try the JDM 3SGTE (all trac celica engine) i think it has 215 or 230 hp stock or maybe the JDM SW20 (MR2 engine) 200 horses stock

The grey RSX with the wide body kit and the black bottom panneling is so much better looking than any of those Celicas.

Hey in that pic of the black car next to the maroon one wit the honda emblem on the front. Its paired up with a pic of two chics in thongs. What is that black car. Is it a Honda prelude,and what year. Thx:confused:

from the front, its an NSX. unless he put that front end on a prelude, then that would be the car. :D

RSX no questions asked, I like the celica but no comparison against the RSX

Wow this thread is old. Out of those pics the Celica wins because those are two of the ugliest RSX's ever. The APC and JT Evo RSX's would round it all out.

Stock for stock (looks wise) I like the RSX. Once you start slapping bodykits on, it can go either way...there are some ugly-ass kits out there. I don't give two shits about looks as much as I care about performance, however...

As far as stock to stock look, I'm partial to the RSX. As far as these pics look, the Celica looks much better. Of course, there are some other RSX kits that look better than the ones pictured.

I also don't care much for the looks. I actually like the stock RSX look which makes a great sleeper when only doing engine mods! I've got to take the TypeS badge off one of these days! :grinno:

I gotta say I like the exterior looks of the Celica over the RSX, but overall I'd go with the RSX, no question. The interior of the Celica is so cheap!

i realize that this was posted in 2002 but wth.... instead of swaping a 3sgte into the car ur better off getting an actual alltrac or an mr2... and the mr2 comes with the 3sgte... alltrac and mr2 have the same engine.. the jdm 2nd gen 3sgte has 225hp stock, and the 3rd gen has 245hp stock... in america the 3sgte has 200hp on all models... (japanese ecu is different, and america never recieved the 3rd gen 3sgte with a different turbo)

i also like the agressive styling of the celica, the rsx also has a very clean look which i also like... i dont mind either one
