well what i meen is my torque converter is like one cup fitting into one...it can be pulled apart by machine......so therefor when i take off the 2 cup slides faster than the other and prevents me from accelerating like i want to......i am trying to find out if those 2 can be welded together to prevent slippage and prevent me from taking off like really slow...........i cant jump in front of anyone cuz it wont let me catch up to speed so can they be welded together so they move as one peice instead of 2 peices..........

That is not how the TC works, the slippage between the two creates stall speed and torque multiplication, it is too complex for me to type out how a TC works, google this and see will get many diagrams and explanations of it's operation are out there , suffice to say you need some education in this area.
