It's normal for a little condensation to come out of the tail pipe especially on humid days. Once the car warms up, you won't see it anymore as the exhaust becomes hot enough to evaporate it. But since you only ran it for 5 minutes, the exhaust likely didn't heat up enough. Not sure what "exhaust gaskets" are, perhaps you meant "head gasket"? If you continue to get steam out the exhaust when the car is warm, it smells of antifreeze and you're losing coolant without any puddles under the car, it's time to worry.
