has anyone ever heard of a manifold from a tsi talon being used on a d16? i heard i bolts right up. i purchased a manifold from my buddy with a tsi talon along with a 16g turbo he got off of an evo. i've been told by multiple people that the manifold will work so i was wondering if anyone has done this to their d series?

No, the manifold will not bolt up. Just by looking at it, it may look similar, but it definitely won't line up.

You sure it was a D-series engine? You can make them fit onto H & F-series (Accord & Prelude) engines, but not the D-series. If you do it and want to show some proof, then by all means go ahead. Otherwise, you're friend is full of sh*t.

HF manifolds are the only stock manifolds that work on D series....the DSM manifolds work on F and H series when redrilled...they also work on Ford Escorts when flipped upside down and redrilled FYI
