This F1 will be at th concours of manhasset that me and my friend are attending on sunday. He just picked up his new Nikon D40 SLR.

What shots and angles do you want?! Other cars include enzo, CGT, Gt40, SLR, GT3, GT2, etc. If you don't tell me by sunday after noon your not getting the shot so hurry and think. The Res is 3008 x 2000 :wink:

First viewer and I say thank you - however it's now white with the HDF kit and black wheels; don't go looking for it in Yellow as you won't see it!!

As for the pics - some arty ones would be cool, like a low down shot from the rear side of the car looking forward revealing the side strakes; low down shot from the front right / left tyre to the back of the car, showing the strakes and the rear flanks; undertray shot if possible (I tried on chassis #013 and it was quick tricky); and some detail shots. See also if you can get a shot of the VIN plate in the engine, as we have the VIN number but not a shot of the plate itself

Alright I'll put the best photo skills I can into this. I'll try and get all your shots you want. The info shots like Vins, ducts etc I'll take with my phone which is VERY CLEAR at a res of 1280x1024. I'll also take some videos of the cars for you guys.

All the artsy/professional style photos will be in BMP form with a Res of 3000x2000 which is about 15-25 meg per photo so have a hard drive waiting haha.

Definetly, Even if it's off I'll ask him to start it or atleast power it up to get a shot.

I didn't get the chassis number but it was definetly #38! It was truly an awesome sight to see and the veyron was there as well.

I took 2 pix of the veyron and about 50 of the Mclaren :grinyes:

Yes sir, I've only seen photo's and videos. It was just an amazing experience to say the least. I don't know what it is but the veyron, C-GT, Enzo & Mc12 just pailed in comparison to it. I truly LOVE the F1 because although it is a well known car it is mostly known by true car lovers and people who passionate about quailty, rarity and function. It is not as hyped up or nearly as flamboyant as the veyron or Enzo, it has a very modest look but still very threatening at the same time. People who usually love the F1 I really can relate to because they have an appreciation for much more then just raw power & gaudy looks. The F1 really separates the enthusiasts from the on lookers.

Security guy asked me why I wasn't going over to see the veyron. I laughed and told why would I waste my time and camera space? :wink:

I wonder why #38 wasn't there though. The veyron was all the way from Cali :rolleyes:

Thank you, the stark white/black F1 parked on red carpet really made an interesting color composition I thought!

The owner won the "Trendsetter Award," and after collecting the prize (the blue Tiffany's box in some of the pictures) he got in the car and left. I was amazed that he was there by himself and that he drove it to and from the show!

Did you stay there for the entire time of the judging? I left early so I missed it.

I don't know how their judging system works or if they go by categories, but, who came in 1st place?

If I,m not mistaken, Lewis has also signed the door shut on GTR #06R. I have a pic, but its on digi/tape, will sort out a screenshot sometime soon.
