I guess my ? is, has anybody had the same problem or close to this? has nissan ever bougth a car back? what is the REAL porpuse of the lemon law? being there done that:screwy: chubbybubba1 10-03-2007, 07:52 PM How many miles on it? They extended the warranty on every 04' to 60,000 or 5 years bumper to bumper due to the post production issus. marjur 10-04-2007, 04:19 PM I got a letter with extended to 72 000 but my car has 73000.... i'm looking x legal advise. chubbybubba1 10-08-2007, 12:00 PM Everything you mentioned had Technical Service Bulletins issued for warranty repair. Why didn't you take it in to get these repairs while under warranty? chubbybubba1 10-23-2007, 11:41 PM Just as I thought. You buy a car then don't do crap to it, then when stuff happens, you complain and complain to late! I, on the other hand responded to Nissan's request to bring our van on several different occasions to make post production repairs and or upgrades. They identified the issues, came up with solutions and communicated promptly with me. Then extend my warranty as a gesture. They did everything right and it's a pleasure to drive the van. Good luck with your lemon, you created it! Related Links Participate in thousands of discussions at AutomotiveForums.com! Registration is absolutely free. |
