I recently had to replace the iol dipstick tube and well during the process I accedently shorted the starter out and now the truck will not turn over I have power going from the batterey to starter buy no power going to small red wire on soleoid. I can jump starter and it will start I cheacked all fusable liks I could see and they were fine. Any help would be great.

Sorry I forgot it's a 94 s10 blazer

Did you check your fuses under the dash? If that checks out, you have to trace your wiring from the starter back and see where the wire was cooked.
