I have a 98 Lumina that has a instument cluster not working. Fuse 39 is blown and when replacing it it blows after a few seconds or instantly. I replace the cluster but the same thing happens. Removing the harness from the cluster and the fuse does not blow. What ever is connected to the cluster
by way of the harness seems to be causing the problem. Anybody seen this problem.
