A repair manual will give service intervals

A/C, and alternator belts every 30,000. The coolant hoses I do every 45,000. There's quit a few little coolant bypass hoses along with the upper and lower radiator ones. People overlook those. They get real hard and brittle because they are buried close to that hot engine. On the 2001 Xterra belt it's 110,000. Not sure on the 05'. Call the Nissan dealer nearest you for that advice.

I believe the service interval for the timing chain is 100k miles. The manual for my 06 doesn't really have a definate answer.
