Give me some info on the ICEMAN cold air, is it a good intake, and how much horsepower on a 99 GS-R

3-4 is about all you'll get. Iceman is ok but I still like aem better.

i'd go with the aem.. not only does it work better.. but it's got the sweetest sound to it..
