I also sprayed another coat of white on the body (but I screwed this one also!!) I sprayed too much paint......... http://lh3.google.com/zervosst/RvliDvkTE7I/AAAAAAAAAck/3zjgmKC37g4/s800/P1014439.JPG now I have to sand it and paint it again........:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: rallymaster 09-26-2007, 04:45 PM Didn't you use primer ?? :screwy: :dunno: that could be the answer to your paint problem, because paint will easyly cover primer than plastic and putty. KP60 09-27-2007, 03:17 AM no, I didnt, and I think youre absolutely right.. can I use primer now?? (if I sand it first...):frown: Mr. Me. 09-27-2007, 04:18 AM hm.. take off the whole pain, then primer it grey, white and then paint it.. KP60 09-12-2008, 06:42 AM Well, I sanded off the paint and sprayed the boby with primer. http://lh3.ggpht.com/zervosst/SMo8pnT-9hI/AAAAAAAABRg/bBy4WHYeW9s/s800/P1015726.JPG Then I painted it white. http://lh4.ggpht.com/zervosst/SMo8sKZ9FOI/AAAAAAAABRo/m_ilDmV-u6I/s800/P1016264.JPG I also painted the interior white. http://lh3.ggpht.com/zervosst/SMo8y2WF6TI/AAAAAAAABR4/L4aXX-2MxBs/s800/P1016270.JPG KP60 09-12-2008, 06:48 AM This is a drift version and is going to be "used" with scratches, dirt, and stuff. Maybe I will also use it in a diorama! Here are some exterior progress pics. http://lh5.ggpht.com/zervosst/SMo82mpMhsI/AAAAAAAABSA/AxRmcFwEZ_A/s800/P1016273.JPG http://lh6.ggpht.com/zervosst/SMo854EYKiI/AAAAAAAABSI/I5-kOfB2SnA/s800/P1016274.JPG http://lh5.ggpht.com/zervosst/SMo9BPiClTI/AAAAAAAABSY/ap0rFdY_V6E/s800/P1016277.JPG http://lh5.ggpht.com/zervosst/SMo9IZyRZsI/AAAAAAAABSo/wfprxMRtYqA/s800/P1016284.JPG http://lh5.ggpht.com/zervosst/SMo9Lf79j-I/AAAAAAAABSw/_rI-NpySKDs/s800/P1016285.JPG and some engine wiring.. http://lh5.ggpht.com/zervosst/SMo8nU51T-I/AAAAAAAABRY/LpUxFE85_oM/s800/P1016288.JPG Alexander DeLarge 09-13-2008, 06:55 AM  Looks like the guy doesn't know where "this car part" belongs... http://lh5.ggpht.com/zervosst/SMo9IZyRZsI/AAAAAAAABSo/wfprxMRtYqA/s800/P1016284.JPG nomad_fsoak 09-13-2008, 07:29 AM what material do you use for cables??? -these are real (very thin) cables.. depending on diameter i use either cables , or just copper wires (from the inside of cables) Take a look at my Lancer interior: http://img142.imageshack.us/img142/7694/lancer02cn7.jpg "safety foams" are made from cable insulation, and are mounted with one of wires from inside of cable also the e-brake hose is made of cable insulation (but not cutted along, just took the wires out from inside) I also painted the interior white. You should have masked those door panels out to paint them black or sth dark - they don't look good in white.
