This system is dual-point throttle body injected, so "fuel rail" may not be relavant here. I only see banjo fittings at all engine compartment connections. I could make up a custom pressure tap at one of the banjo fittings, but this would be a project that maybe could be avoided, if one knows where Honda intended the fuel system pressure to be measured and using what fittings. I obviously don't.
