Ok So what does it cost usually if I have to buy a new one? Besides labor and stuff?

I rear ended someone and the airbags never went off BUT the airbag light is now on. So I took it to the guys who are going to do the body work but they do not do the mechanical side of it, and they unhooked it. I am going to take it into an Auto Collision place (same place my insurance is at) and anyways I am just curious.

Saying I have to get a new one, How much do they cost and how long does it take to install?

Umm, i'd go to a pick n pull honestly. They are a GM part only and they will nickel and dime you to death.
