Is it possible to turn off ASM and TCS in time trials in arcade mode?

Yes, if you own any cars go into Simulation mode, pick you car(s) go to run & setting then turn it off in the settings menu.
Or just go to the options menu and turn it off.
Either way, you should be able to get the deals turned off.

You cant use your own cars in time trials, you have to use the one the game tells you too.

It is turned off in the options but still on when I race, but only for time trial. Its off in single race and free run.
