Hello, I am also having trouble with my 96 corsica not wanting to start when it is hot. I have replaced several parts, and now doing the coil/module. Do I need to move the motor forward to do this, can't reach the back bolt. If so, is the bracket when facing the car head on, to the left of the serpintine belt?
With 3 bolts to loosen?

what engine is in this car? What other parts have you replaced?

it is a chevy corsica v6 3.1L , the coil/ module didn't help either. We have replaced, fuel filter, pump checks good, replaced egr valve, trottle position sensor, gas cap, plug and wires, checked fuses, unclogged cata convertor,
Please if you could give any help it would be greatly appreciated. We can run the car when it is cool outside, but as soon as it gets over 85 and up it has trouble starting and when it finally does trouble running. Spitting sputtering, act like it's not getting fuel, then all of a sudden it runs fine once you floor it and it pics up, it we have to stop like at light, it will die out or almost die out. we have done all that the scan has said it was, and then some. Now going for fuel injector problems, trying to figure out how to check tehm and when they are located.

The fuel injectors are located under the upper plenum. You can do an ohm balance test to see if one or more are way out of spec with the others (there's not an exact spec, as injector resistance will change with age). If you find one way off, it could be dead shorting, and causing the other injectors on that bank to stop operating as well. Do you still have the codes from the scan, and if so, can you please post them. This info would help us help you.
