I am in the process of building the MFH Aston DBR9. I am needing a good US source for the correct Green for this beast. Anyone have a good US source?

Thanks in advance

RW

If you are using an airbrush (I guess you are(, get it from hiroboy.com HERE (http://www.hiroboy.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=718) - it's just as easy as buying in the US, it will cost you about 8-10$ and the color match is perfect (it's what I'll be putting on mine).

The paints are first class!

I think you will be very hard pushed to find a US source for an exact color match.

Well same advice as you but, not really hard find a correct match there: any body shop may mix the Middlesex... bla bla blah green, only it would cost much more since they give you at least 200 or 500 grams.

Hey Steve, my 007 should be here over the WE, should be twosome? :D

I tried having some Middlesex Green mixed - didn't look right to me. Ales pointed out a DBR9 Racing Green, which might be a better match.

www.macsmodeling.com in Phoenix shows an Aston green in his range of AZRM paints, the range consisting of Aston Green!!!, I haven't used it though and haven't seen any reviews yet so I can't comment on the colour. If it's like the rest of his AZRM products though it should be pretty damn good.

That because Middlesex Green is the wrong colour :) We have the correct colour with info supplied from Aston Martin in the UK as a friend does loads of paint work for them and got us the correct data codes. etc.
