So i am installing my front integra brakes on my 94 cx hatch...all went well until I got to the brake lines and realized the teg ones I had were cut! Some dumb ass cut them when he was taking them off (it wasnt me I swear lol).

I managed to bolt my civic ones on as they seem the same just a sligh bit smaller. They look slightly stretched between the caliper and the first mount point on the spindle. Is this going to be an issue? Should I go buy a new set of lines from a Teg?

Thanks

Well, if they are stretched out at all you should get new one. But the ones for the Civic Si and EX models will work fine.

I have a cx...they arent horribly stretched, i mean they fit and everythings bolted down right. They are just a bit tight :) I guess I will buy some integra ones....:banghead:

are you really going to trust you being able to stop a 2000lb car to a streched out brake line? get the right ones and call it a day

Yeah I suppose your right....although I do like to live dangerously. Just think everytime you press the brake pedal its like a mini game of Russian Roulette!

Lol, I suppose this is a good way to justify to my wife getting some stainless ones :D

Thanks.
