Is the email notification system down or is it just me that suddenly stopped receiving email notification of new posts?

I'd noticed that, too- no PM notification since friday.

I haven't had email notification for well over a year. I keep checking all the right boxes and settings, but for some reason it just 'aint hapnin' for me.

What's the story here? It has been perfect for 2 years and now all of a sudden it is erratic and selective :(

Check your PM's. My thread was getting ignored and a mod responded via PM system instead of posting. Might have done the same for you.

Nice thought but unfortunately I use my PM box frequently and nothing there :grinno:

If you are using Yahoo, MSN, AT&T, Comcast, etc for your email provider, manually log in, as opposed to automatically logging in using Outlook Express or the like, and check the SPAM settings, turn them OFF and you should start receiving PM's and instant email notification... just an idea... worked for me.
