On my way to work, I hit a lady that was in front of me. Not hard but very gently, my foot sliped from the brake and the car moved up forward and hit her. Well now everytime I put on the directional signal its acts as it is honking, not LOUD just like a weird honking almost buzzing, and now when I try to use the directional signal it doesn't blink to the left or even right. Can anyone help me, or know how can I fix that?

The relay is chattering, probably as a result of a loss of ground to the system at the bulb end of the circuit. Take a look under the hood and follow the wiring from the signal lamps and watch for pinched or broken wiring.....
