steering loose

Hello!

My XJ seems like the steering has gotten looser. I am just wondering if anyone has noticed this happen to thiers or if anyone knows some ideas on how I could get it to tighten up a bit

All connecting rods are tight, the stabilizer shock looks pretty old and worn, would replacing that have an effect?

1990 Jeep XJ 4.0

Check the track bar first.
