I just bought an 04 4x4 XE with 34K miles on it from a dealer. Having driven it for a couple of days I notice a "clunk" or "knock" coming from the from the front passenger side of the X when I make a tight right hand turn above 15 mph. At slower speeds or when I'm making wide turns I don't hear the noise. Any ideas what this might be? This is my first Xterra and I LOVE it :p Thanks OffroadX 08-29-2007, 06:44 PM Could be missing the droop-stop between the right upper control arm and the crossmember/frame below it, allowing the arm to hit metal at full droop. rule303 08-30-2007, 08:31 AM Thanks OffroadX, I'll take a look to see if the droop-stop is missing. rule303 Related Links Participate in thousands of discussions at AutomotiveForums.com!
