Wet floors in Jeep

After having my passenger floor flooded from the evaporator condenser on my 96 JGC with a 5.2, i did the drilling in the casing with 1/4" drill bit, reamed out the gunk and sealed it all up. Everything was fine, no more leakes. A week later I noticed a bit of wetness in the passenger floor and my back trunk floor was wet, I pulled back the carpets and water (not tons, but there), something is leaking in from the outside. The front vents dont seem to be blocked under the windsheild, are there other vents to check especially in the back trunk area?? Your help is appreciated.

I also have water leaking in side the back trunk. I think it is the drains from the roof rack but not sure. i also have water leaking in the front passanger floor board. I need to know what to check/replace.

Any help would be great

Thanks

i had a leak problem on my '93 Grand, and discovered it was because of the sunroof drain tubes that were not actually draining. I blew them out with compressed air, and presto..problem fixed.

Here's a good thread about water leaking on the FRONT floor:

There are other discussions about water leaking from a roof rack (onto the BACK floor. Try searching for "water on floor" or "wet floor". I occasionally have water leaking from my roof rack at the top of the back side doors, but it just drips from the top of the door onto the seat or door handle area - not enough to soak the carpet. Try looking for leaks from the inside while someone sprays the car with a garden hose with a bunch of water. It could be a crimped gasket around the door.
