got up this morning and cannot shift out of park abs light flashing any ideas or help greatly appreciated..............thanks in advance

ABS probably threw a code at the computer that then locked the steering column to keep you from driving it. You will need to have someone scan the trouble codes out of the OBD-II computer and see what is wrong.
